By purchasing or using RecurHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform per the limits of your plan (Starter: 5 campaigns, Unlimited Pro: unlimited campaigns, Agency: 10 client sub-accounts).
Use the Platform commercially within your account limits. Receive updates and support per your tier.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or create competing products using this Platform without written consent. Reselling is permitted for Agency + Reseller plan holders only.
RecurHub integrates with third-party services (autoresponders, payment processors, AI providers, hosting partners). Each is subject to its own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party costs, downtime, or policy changes.
RecurHub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific commission earnings, conversion rates, or campaign performance. AI tools, integrations, and market conditions may change and results vary.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
